NeuroStack Made the News

By Orlando “BigO” Sapien · August 1, 2026 · 2 min read

This week the Las Cruces Bulletin ran a feature on NeuroStack — and the chaos it was built to tame.

Reporter Kurt Johnson sat down with me for a piece titled “Controlling the chaos with NeuroStack.” We talked about the grocery list that ends up in a notes app, the work reminder buried in an email, and the idea that vanishes on the drive home before you can write it down. That everyday, barely-noticed chaos is the exact thing I built NeuroStack to solve.

Built to control the chaos

I didn’t set out to build a tech company. I built NeuroStack for myself — juggling a full-time IT career, a photography business shooting weddings and quinceañeras across the Borderland, family, and a nonstop stream of ideas. My notes were everywhere. Now they’re in one place: a second brain that remembers the things a busy mind is bound to drop.

You just capture it however it shows up — talk it out, snap a photo of a whiteboard, forward an email, save a link — and the AI sorts it into Stacks, summarizes it, and makes it searchable later. One feature, Brain Dump, lets you unload everything on your mind in one ramble and hands it back organized.

The line that says it best

The article captured the whole reason this exists in one sentence I told the reporter:

“I’m trying to buy back time.”

That’s it. Not better notes for the sake of notes — more room to think about what actually matters next.

Made in the Borderland

This one’s personal: I want El Paso and Las Cruces on the map. Big tools don’t only come out of Silicon Valley. They can come from here, too — and I’d love for people to say, “that came from our area.”

Still in beta — and there’s room for you

NeuroStack is in beta right now, and I’m looking for a small group of founding testers to put it through its paces before a wider release. Get picked, and the app is yours free for life — even after everyone else starts paying. Spots are limited.
